Teaching and Talent Training In the past five years, 2 undergraduate courses and 3 postgraduate courses have been undertaken. The Natural Polymer Science undertaken by undergraduate teaching began in bilingual teaching in 2005. The teaching effect was good and the school was awarded the 2009 bilingual teaching demonstration course. The textbook Natural Polymer Science was awarded the first prize for outstanding teaching materials by the Shandong Institute of Light Industry in 2009 and the second prize for outstanding teaching materials for the second session of the Shandong Provincial Higher Education Institute in 2011.
In recent years, he has presided over 1 National Natural Fund; participated in National Natural Fund, major support topics for the 11th Five-Year Plan, 973 pre-research projects, 13th Five-Year national key R&D projects and other national-level projects 6; participating in the completion of the China Postdoctoral Science Fund 1 The host completed 2 natural science projects in Shandong Province. Presided over the completion of the Shandong Provincial Outstanding Middle-aged and Young Scientist Award Fund Project 1, which has reached the international advanced level. It has won 5 national invention patents and published more than 100 academic papers, of which more than 50 were included by SCI, EI or ISTP. Participated in the preparation of 4 monographs. Won national, provincial, departmental and bureau level and other 9 teaching and research awards. In 2005, “biological pre-bleaching and enzymatic modification technology of straw pulp” won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. The research on key pulping technology for emission reduction was awarded the first prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

Kong Fangong, Professor, Ph.D., PhD supervisor. Dean of the School of Paper and Plant Resources Engineering, Deputy Director of Pulp and Paper Science and Technology Education / Key Laboratory of Shandong Province. He is the keynote speaker of the state-level excellent course Pulp and Paper Technology, the host of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Young Excellent Teacher Award winner, the Eleventh Five-Year advanced individual in light industry and technology, and the chief expert of modern industry in Dezhou City. Reviewers of Green Chemistry, Bioresource Technology, Carbohydrate Polymer and other journals, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China.
Mainly engaged in clean and efficient pulping and bleaching new technologies, new theories, advanced waste treatment and resource utilization technologies, cellulose-based and lignin-based composite functional materials, separation and functional modification of mainstream components of plant fibers, etc. . It is the first domestic researcher to use electrochemical mediator catalysis technology for fiber delignification, and this research has filled the theoretical gap of international electrochemical mediator catalyzed delignification. In terms of high-yield pulping, a new process and new process for enzymatic magnesia high-yield pulping was invented, and a nationally authorized invention patent was obtained. In the aspect of fiber component separation and lignin-based functional materials, related research work is mainly focused on the comprehensive utilization of lignin.
He successively chaired and participated in 6 national projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the 13th Five-Year National Key Research and Development Program, and 9 provincial and ministerial projects, as well as a number of corporate projects. Has published more than 80 academic papers, including three major index papers more than 50 articles. 7 invention patents were authorized. Three identification results. The research results have won one national award, four provincial and ministerial awards, and three other awards. Published two textbooks and monographs.
