The document) decides: The analysis and testing center under the Experimental Management Center shall be assigned to the State Key Laboratory of Bio-based Materials and Functional Products jointly established by the Ministry of Education and temporarily administered by the Key Laboratory of Pulp and Paper Science and Technology Ministry of Education. .
