Pulp and Paper Properties and Biotechnology of Fiber Resources

Main research content: High-efficiency and comprehensive utilization of biomass resources, including: formation rules of surface deposits on wood chips during the pre-hydrolysis of acetic acid/sodium acetate buffer solution, influence of the circulation of poplar hydrolysate on components in the hydrolysate, organic wood Separation and purification of cellulose components, construction of nanocellulose-silver antibacterial materials, and development and application of chitosan composites.

Fu Yingjuan, Ph.D., Professor, PhD supervisor. He graduated from Shandong Institute of Light Industry in July 1988 and obtained a bachelor's degree in pulp and paper engineering. In April 2004, he obtained a master's degree in pulp and paper engineering from Tianjin University of Science and Technology. In June 2008, he received a degree in pulp and paper engineering from Tianjin University of Science and Technology. Ph.D. in Engineering; from December 2008 to December 2010, completed post-doctoral research at Huatai Group Postdoctoral Research Station. It is now a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province.

The research area includes the pulp and paper properties of fiber resources and the comprehensive utilization of biomass resources, bio-based functional materials, pulp and paper biotechnology, and secondary fiber recycling technologies. He is mainly engaged in the development of highly branched polymer papermaking auxiliaries, as well as high-value utilization of biomass resources. Hosted and participated in more than 30 research projects at the national, provincial and municipal levels. He has won one national second prize for scientific and technological progress, one second prize for technical invention of the Ministry of Education, one first prize for scientific and technological progress in Shandong Province, one second prize for scientific and technological progress in Shandong Province, and third prize for natural science in colleges and universities in Shandong Province. 1 item, 1st prize for outstanding experimental technology achievement of Shandong Institute of Light Industry. We have authorized 22 national invention patents. He has published more than 160 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals such as WOOD SCI TECHNOL, of which more than 70 were indexed by SCI, EI and ISTP.

He is mainly engaged in the research on the efficient use of all components of lignocellulosic biomass and the recycling and utilization of secondary fibers. Hosted or participated in more than 30 research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Education’s New Century Talent Support Program.
