To strengthen the management of key science and technology laboratories for pulp and paper (hereinafter referred to as “key laboratories”), improve the use of public platforms, ensure the stability of scientific research and teaching order, and standardize the rational and full use of public resources by teachers and postgraduates, combined with the actual situation of the college. , specially formulated this specification.
1.The card holder is the key laboratory lab administrator and all teachers and graduate students of the School of Paper and Plant Resources Engineering.
2.Postgraduates entering the public key laboratory of papermaking key labs are required to submit “Graduate Entry Application” (Annex 1), signed and approved by the tutor, and handed over to the key laboratory administrator for record release.
3.Those who enter the laboratory without application and approval will be banned from use by the key laboratories for half a year in key laboratories.
Fourth, when graduates graduate from school, they must return their access control cards to key laboratories.
5. Persons who are not the above cardholders entering the key laboratory experiment shall submit the “Application for Outside Personnel to Key Laboratory” (Appendix 2) after approval of the key laboratory director to the key laboratory administrator for record, and then use the laboratory management. The door card enters and the operator operates the instrument.
6.personnel entering the key laboratory experiments should strictly abide by the laboratory's rules and regulations and instrument operating procedures. If there is any violation, the key laboratories will withdraw their access to key laboratory experiments.
7.The cardholder shall not borrow the access control card, because the cardholder shall bear all responsibility for all the liabilities caused by borrowing the access control card. If there is a violation, the key laboratories will withdraw all their access to key laboratory experiments.
