According to reports, Professor Chen Jiachuan’s project “The Highly Effective Utilization Technology of Fiber Raw Materials Based on the Papermaking Process” is the key project approved by the national key R&D project “Key base material technology upgrading and industrialization” during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. one. The project aims at the utilization of plant fiber resources in the traditional pulp and paper industry with low degree of utilization, single product, and low added value.
