On the afternoon of January 16, 2018, Vice President Ding Hongjie and laboratory administrator Xue Yu thoroughly checked the safety and health conditions of the college’s laboratory. Judging from the inspections, the safety and health facilities of the laboratory and basic health conditions are guaranteed and the order of experiments is normal. Although it has entered the holiday season, some teachers and all graduate students are still working. Some laboratories are installing and debugging facilities and instruments. The comparatively weak still is the postgraduate study room and laboratory. First, it is generally crowded. Second, some graduate students fail to develop or maintain good work habits. Garbage cannot be cleared in time. Experimental benches, pools are messy, and laboratory equipment is in use. The placement of medicines, etc. is disorderly, the classification and preservation of items are lacking in order, and the storage space allocated to the laboratory benches and dedicated cabinets are not sufficiently used and unreasonable. There are also obvious gaps between different teams in the above situations, and it is hoped that the team and mentors will strengthen management and guidance.
In recent years, with the construction of disciplines and the construction of national key laboratories, the hardware level of the laboratory has been greatly improved, and the overall appearance of the laboratory has been greatly improved. Apart from completing normal teaching and scientific research tasks, it has also become the school’s level of display and strength. In the window, under the guidance and support of relevant functional departments of the school, the college also strengthened the management aspects, gradually established the basic safety, hygiene and operation management system of the laboratory and implemented it, such as the laboratory inspection and recording system, and the The main equipment is the responsible person system of the target, the office and experimental system based on the team, the construction and operation of the public platform system for teaching and research, the procurement system and operation of the goods, the procurement and preservation of the precursor drugs, and the owner Systems, regulations for the procurement, preservation, and use of hazardous chemicals, such as regulations and responsible persons, waste disposal systems, pressure vessel and equipment usage management systems, centralized supply systems for ultrapure water, vacuum, monitoring systems, and access control systems, etc. Establishment, inspection inspections, facilities and equipment were gradually improved.
From next week, the school will enter the winter vacation as a whole, and college laboratories, analysis and test centers will ensure safe and scheduled use of the vacation model.
