School of Paper and Plant Resources Engineering/Key Laboratory Safety and Health Inspection Regulations
In order to strengthen the safety and health work of the college/key laboratory and ensure the standardization, safety management and use of the laboratory, these regulations have been formulated in accordance with the requirements of the school security department's notice and safety rules and regulations.
1, inspection inspection content

2, inspection inspection arrangements
(1) Personnel.
The person in charge of the inspection tour: the deputy dean of the college; the director of the experimental teaching center of the college; the full-time person in charge of the key laboratory. (According to the current actual status, Wang Feng, Ding Hongjie, Kong Fangong, Han Wenjia, Xu Feng)
Participate in inspectors: director of the institute; full-time staff of key laboratories; full-time laboratory management personnel. (According to the actual situation: Wang Qiang, Chen Honglei, Wang Huili, Xu Qinghua, Wu Chaojun, Meng Xia, Wang Wenbo, and Wang Huimei)
(2) Arrangements
Uniformly arranged by the college office according to the semester. Once a week, it is usually arranged on Mondays. If there is any change, the person in charge of the inspection inspection will make adjustments on his own; in case of major festivals and other time nodes, inspections may be arranged at any time; the person in charge of inspection inspections, if unable to visit the week, may contact other persons in charge. Exchange time yourself. The person in charge of inspections may inspect and inspect with the attending inspectors themselves. (Director Xu Feng can determine the time and frequency of inspections on his own)
3, requirements
The inspectors shall inspect and be responsible for making records (temporary use of the “security inspection records” issued by the School Security Office; the records are placed in room A107, No. 2 teaching building, and kept by Wang Wenbo and Wang Huimei). Relevant personnel should be dealt with in a timely manner for the problems found, and colleges and key laboratory leaders should be promptly reported on major issues and hidden dangers.
