The laboratory is the Ministry of Education and Shandong Province scientific research platform. All laboratory equipment is open to laboratory researchers and visiting scholars. At the same time, it is also open for use by the whole school and society. It is required to work in the laboratory, visit, or visit according to laboratory regulations. Relevant person in charge approves that all personnel entering the laboratory must strictly abide by the laboratory's regulations.
First, to enter the laboratory, must abide by the laboratory safety and health regulations, not allowed to slap, slapstick, no smoking, in the event of an accident, it should be promptly handled or reported to the relevant departments.
Second, the use of equipment must be in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and make records, valuable instruments are stored and used by a dedicated person, the use of valuable equipment and equipment must be post-job training, otherwise not allowed to use.
Third, the use of laboratory equipment and equipment required to register according to the provisions of the laboratory, after the confirmation of the experimental management personnel can conduct experiments. After the experiment, we must do a good job in instrument cleaning and sanitation. Close water and electricity, doors and windows, and leave the laboratory after being approved by the experimental management personnel.
Fourth, non-compliance with the laboratory management system, and do not follow the adviser, laboratory managers have the right to stop their experiments. If an accident is caused, accountability shall be investigated and handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
Fifth, do a good job in the management of chemical reagents. Strengthen the management of flammable, explosive, corrosive and toxic chemical reagents in the laboratory so that the experimental reagents are properly stored. The reagents should be put back to the original place after use, and used reagents should be periodically recycled.
Sixth, implement the post responsibility system. The dedicated experimental instruments are specially managed and regularly maintained so that they are in normal operation and the full opening of the laboratory is ensured. Laboratory managers leave the laboratory to inspect hydropower, pay attention to fire prevention, theft prevention, and ensure safety.
Seventh, Personnel in an external unit entering the laboratory for study, study, etc. must be approved by the deputy director in charge. If an experiment is required, an appointment must be made in advance and the time must be allocated for the experiment.
