To strengthen the management of key science and technology laboratories for pulp and paper (hereinafter referred to as “key laboratories”), improve the use of public platforms, ensure the stability of scientific research and teaching order, and standardize the rational and full use of public resources by teachers and postgraduates, combined with the actual situation of the college. , specially formulated this specification.
1. The scope of use of the access control card is the public platform of the Key Laboratory of Science and Technology for Pulp and Paper Science in Block A of the Second Teaching Building, including: A101, A103, A105, A106, A109, A111, A201, A205, A207, A206, A208, A213 Room A215, A216.
2. The card holders of the access control card are the key laboratory lab administrators, all teachers and graduate supervisors of pulp and paper engineering, forestry chemicals and printing engineering.
3.Postgraduates entering the public key laboratory of papermaking laboratories need to submit a “Graduate Entry Application” (Annex 1), signed and approved by the tutor, and submitted to the key laboratory administrator for record. After accessing the access control card of the tutor, problems arise. The carder is responsible for registering appointments each time he enters a laboratory experiment. Those who have not applied for and approved to enter the laboratory will be banned by the key laboratories for half a year in key laboratories.
4.Non- above-mentioned card holders and postgraduates who have entered key laboratories for experimentation shall submit the “Application for Out-of-Housing Personnel to Key Laboratory” (Annex 2) to be used by the Key Laboratory Manager after approval by the Key Laboratory Director. The room manager door card enters and the operator is operated by the designated operator.
5.Persons entering key laboratory experiments shall strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the laboratory and the operational procedures for the use of the instruments. If there are any violations, the key laboratories will withdraw their access to the key laboratory experiments.
