Chapter II Application and Approval of the Director Fund
Article 4 Application procedure of the director fund:
(1) The applicant shall fill in the Application Form of the Policy and Pulp and Paper Science and Technology Ministry of Education / Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory Fund (in duplicate) before the required filing date according to the Director Fund Project Application Guidelines of this laboratory. .
(2) The applicant is a laboratory technician engaged in research teaching, postdoctoral research, and industrial departments.

Chapter III Project and Results Management
Article 5 Applicants shall submit detailed research plans and budgets based on the approved funding amounts and the study deadlines. According to the relevant regulations of the key laboratories, the funding for funds will be transferred to the fund management fund of the project applicants and managed in accordance with the longitudinal projects.
Article 6 The director of a laboratory shall have the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel issues that fail to achieve the objectives of the original plan.
Article 7 After the funding project is completed, the following materials must be submitted to the laboratory: (1) summary of research work; (2) publication of academic papers and copies of other results; (3) various original technical files and directories in the research work List.
Article 8 The instruments and equipment purchased by the Director-General's Fund and the experimental apparatus for processing shall be owned by the laboratory.
Article 9 The results of the director's fund project shall be shared by the Ministry of Education, Pulp and Paper, the Key Laboratory of Shandong Province and the unit of the author. The patents, economic benefits and other results obtained for this project must be reported to the laboratory truthfully.
Article 10 All papers or other results obtained under the funding of the project must be clearly marked “Plant Pulp and Paper Science and Technology Ministry of Education / Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory Funding Project (Project Number: ****)” ( English: Key Laboratory of Pulp and Paper Science and Technology of Ministry of Education/Shandong Province, Qilu University of Technology, Jinan, Shandong, 250353 China).
