Waste Paper Cleaning Pulping and Development of New Functional Additives and Functional Papers
1.Taking the production process of waste newsprint as the research object, applying modern biotechnology in the production process of newsprint pulping and papermaking, discussing the mechanism and control method of stickies in the recycling process of waste paper, and applying the glue for the first time in China. Adhesive control and enzymatic removal of stickies and its wet-end dewatering technology have integrated the development and application of wet-end chemistry and water recycling technologies.
2.We have pioneered the systematic development of papermaking chemicals and additives such as amphoteric polyelectrolytes, various paper enhancers, paperboard ring pressure enhancers, anionic rosin gums, cationic rosin gums, and self-preserving neutral gels. Research and development of nano titanium dioxide photocatalytic wastewater treatment technology. A number of research results are at the forefront of academic research at home and abroad. The direction of this research has attracted extensive attention from domestic and foreign counterparts, and has achieved greater theoretical breakthroughs and good economic benefits.
3.For the first time in China, research and development of high-grade overpressure offset book and paper has achieved greater economic benefits. In the research of functional paper, research and development of functional paper such as grape bagging paper and ink jet printing paper have been carried out in recent years, mainly on ordinary ink jet printing paper, glossy ink jet printing paper, and high resolution water resistant inkjet printing. Photographic papers were studied and it is expected that the project will have good social and economic benefits.
4.has obtained 1 item of the new century excellent talents support program of the Ministry of Education, 3 items of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 item of the China Postdoctoral Science Fund, 4 items of the provincial or ministerial level, 8 patents authorized, and SCI, EI and ISTP published in the thesis. Inclusive of 45 articles, the scientific research achievement won one second prize of national science and technology progress, one first prize of scientific and technological progress of Shandong Province, and one second prize of scientific and technological progress of Shandong Province.
