Energy Saving and Emission Reduction and Application of Biotechnology in Pulping and Bleaching
1.It has reached the international advanced level in high-yield pulping energy-saving emission reduction and bio-technical improvement of pulping performance, and the research results have attracted wide attention and recognition both at home and abroad. Research trends are at the forefront of international research in this field, and have successfully achieved the cross-infiltration and complementary advantages of the paper-making disciplines and the disciplines of forestry, chemistry, mechanics, and environmental protection. The mechanism and technology of using P-RC APMP to produce fast-growing high-yield pulp was studied in-depth. By optimizing the process, the whiteness of fast-growing APMP pulp can reach more than 80 degrees, and its paper-making physical strength can satisfy production of coated paper, etc. High-grade paper requirements.
2.In the research of elemental chlorine bleaching, new bleaching technologies such as oxygen delignification, chlorine dioxide bleaching and hydrogen peroxide bleaching were studied. Using a bleaching process combining hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide, chlorine dioxide bleaching of wheat straw pulp was studied. It was concluded that using the process HD can get better bleaching effect, and that HD two-stage bleaching has wider Bleaching range. The two-stage bleaching process H1D/H2 also has a good bleaching effect, and it has high pulp strength, low water consumption and light pollution, and can replace the traditional CEH bleaching technology. This technology has obtained national invention patents. In addition, bleaching systems such as DED, DEP, and DQP have good research and development prospects.
3.Internationally pioneered the enzymatic refining technology, which improves high-yield pulping by enzymatic treatment, reduces refining energy consumption, and improves pulp performance. In China, the first research on efficient pulp modification was conducted, and new concepts and technologies for enzymatic refining were proposed.
4.Obtained 2 national “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” support plans, 2 National Natural Science Foundation Projects, 5 provincial and ministerial-level projects, 1 scientific research achievement won the first prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress, and 2nd Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Ministry of Education 1 Item, authorized 5 invention patents. The published related papers were included 31 in SCI, Ei, and ISTP.
5.The results were successively promoted in Shandong Chenming Paper, Huatai Paper, Bohui Paper and Taishan Paper.
