The Enzyme Refinement of Fast Poplar High-yield Pulp and the Key Techniques of Copying High-grade Coated Paper

This project focuses on the enzymatic refining of fast-growing Yanggao rate pulp and the key technologies of copying high-grade copperplate paper with chemical pulp: (1) Enzymatic elimination and preparation of fast-growing high-yield pulp; (2) Enzymatic refining technology for fast-growing high-yield pulp; (3) Copying technology for fast-growing high-yield pulp; (4) Development of coated paper containing high-yield pulp.
Solved scientific and technical problems:
The cellulase and xylanase are used to treat the fast-growing high-yield pulp during the decontamination and polishing stages. The enzymatic hydrolysis of the pulp can reduce the energy consumption of the refined pulp by 15%. 25%, Pulp whiteness increased by 1%~5%ISO, strength performance index (breakage length, tearing index, bursting resistance index, bending resistance, etc.) increased by more than 15%, when copying high-grade coated paper, chemical pulp The proportion is reduced by 10%, which effectively reduces the production cost of coated paper.
Formed research results and benefits
The above research has applied for 6 invention patents, of which 3 have been authorized for invention patents; 1 academic monograph has been published; 39 academic papers have been published in academic journals at home and abroad.
Since 2006, Shandong Chenming Paper Group Co., Ltd. and Huatai Group Co., Ltd. respectively processed pretreated alkaline hydrogen peroxide mechanical pulp (P-RC APMP) and bleached chemithermomechanical pulp (BCTMP) production lines and coated paper machines. The production of fast-growing high-yield pulp enzymes and high-grade copy paper production trials and large-scale production applications, paper quality in line with the requirements of relevant standards, and achieved the desired results. In the three years, a total of 2.05 billion yuan in profits and taxes was realized, which produced significant economic and social benefits.
