The Key Technology of Enzymatic Purification and Dispensing of Fast-growing High-yield Pulp (CTMP)

(In 2013, the Ministry of Education received the first prize for scientific and technological progress)

According to rapid development of fast-growing Yangfeng forest in China, the following main research contents are carried out around the key technologies of bio-enzyme refining and copying of fast-growing Yanggao rate pulp: (1) Enzymatic reduction of consumption of high-yield poplar pulp; (2) enzyme refining technology to improve the high yield of fast poplar pulp performance; (3) high-yield poplar pulp with high copying technology; (4) fast-growing poplar high yield pulp application and product development.

Solved scientific and technical problems:

This technology uses domestic fast-growing poplar as research object, and uses enzymatic treatment before and during the refining stage of high-yield pulp production to enzymatic hydrolysis of pulp by enzyme preparation to construct enzymatic reduction of high-yield pulp. Consumption elimination technology, to reduce the refining energy consumption, improve the quality of pulp, improve the proportion of fast-growing high-yielding pulp ratio and reduce the production cost of super calendered paper, to provide fast-growing Yang high-yield high-yield pulp to provide technical support.

Formed research results and benefits:

This technical project has won 6 invention patents, published 2 academic monographs, and published more than 50 scientific and technological papers.

The technology was successively applied to 12 companies including Shandong Chenming Paper Group Co., Ltd., Huatai Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Taiyang Paper Group, and China Metallurgical Paper Yinhe Co., Ltd., which significantly reduced refining energy consumption and improved The quality of the pulp produces a high-quality, high-yield pulp that enables the clean, efficient use of fast-growing materials. During the period from 2010 to 2012, the completed units of the project have realized a total increase of 2.169902 billion yuan in profits, which has produced significant economic and social benefits.
