Selective Enzymolysis Technology of Fiber Components in Papermaking and Its Application

This project utilizes biotechnology to conduct an innovative study on the key aspects of energy saving and emission reduction in the traditional paper industry. The following main research contents are carried out around the selective enzymolysis technology of paper fiber components: (1) Enzymatic action of cellulase on chemical pulp Beating technology; (2) Enzymatic deinking technology; (3) Biological control technology for resin deposition; (4) Enzymatic modification of mechanical pulp and chemical pulp fibers.
Solved scientific and technical problems:
Reveals the enzymatic beating mechanism of cellulase to chemical pulp and the deinking mechanism of waste newsprint laccase-mediated mediators, clarifies the pathways for selective enzymatic hydrolysis of fibers under deinking conditions, and invents a paint that has good selectivity The enzymatic-mediator and laccase-cellulase newsprint deinking technology explored the release mechanism of anionic impurities during papermaking and the modification mechanisms of mechanical and chemical pulp fibers by cellulase and laccase.
Formed research results and benefits:
The project focused on the selective degradation technology of papermaking fibers and obtained 8 national invention patents. He has published more than 120 academic papers in academic journals at home and abroad. Won the first prize of Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress Award, and one second prize.
The technology has been applied to the modern production lines of Huatai Paper, Chenming Paper and Sun Paper, which are among the top 60 papermaking companies in the world, and has been promoted by more than 20 companies across the country. In the 2008-2010 three-year period alone, papermaking companies increased revenue by more than 700 million yuan and achieved remarkable ecological and social benefits.
