Highly efficient utilization of fiber raw materials based on papermaking process

Based on a wealth of scientific research accumulation and academic accumulation, Qilu University of Technology has been approved as the lead unit for the “13th Five-Year Plan” national key R&D project “Efficient use of fiber raw materials based on the papermaking process”. This project is “Enhancement and Industry of Key Basic Materials Technology” One of the 70 projects approved by the key special projects was approved. Prof. Chen Jiachuan, a key laboratory, was the chief scientist of the project. The project aims at the utilization of plant fiber resources in the traditional pulp and paper industry with low degree of utilization, single product, and low added value. The main components of plant fiber resources are effectively separated and transformed, and the components of the fiber raw materials are processed according to the pulp and papermaking process. Clean separation and utilization and environmental assessment, key preparation technology of micro-nano cellulose, pilot demonstration, high value utilization of lignin in pulping process and demonstration of industrialization, hemicellulose extraction technology of pulping hydrolyzate and industrialization demonstration of xylose preparation The five aspects of ecological and short-process clean pulp and paper technology research and development and industrialization demonstration are studied separately. When the project is completed on schedule, it will have major social, economic and environmental benefits, and will further promote the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional industries.
