The patented technology of the invention adopts the bleaching sequence XO1PO2PQP1 or XO1O2PQP1P2 without chlorine bleaching. The two bleaching processes only use xylanase, sodium hydroxide, oxygen, magnesium sulfate and sodium silicate from the beginning of bleaching to the end of bleaching. , EDTA (or DTPA), hydrogen peroxide, etc. These chemicals themselves are non-toxic and do not produce any toxic substances in the process of bleaching pulp. They are high-clean, non-polluting, green environmental protection production technologies. The pulp produced can meet production requirements. Foods, medicines, and papers that have special requirements on the composition of the pulp, and bleaching waste water do not contain any toxic substances. After the patent was applied for and disclosed in 2012, it was approved by Shandong Chenming Paper Group Corporation and led by its subsidiary Zhanjiang Chenming Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd., and signed a technology transfer agreement with the patentee. Using this patented technology, Shandong Chenming Paper Group produced 0.7 million tons of chemical pulp in 2013-2015, with new sales of RMB 6.39 billion and new profit of RMB 740 million.

The patent won the first prize of Shandong Province granted by the first Shandong Provincial People's Government in 2015, and won the National Patent Excellence Award in 2016.
